When are you postponing the event until?
The Diversity and Inclusion Conference will now be held on October 5th and 6th at the Hilton Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia.
What happens to my registration fee?
All registrations will be transferred to the new conference date. If you are no longer able to attend or would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact us. (direct to contact page of site)
What if I can’t make the new date? Will I be refunded and if so, when?
If you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us.
What about my hotel reservation in Philadelphia? Do I need to cancel that and rebook for October? Will I have to pay any penalties?
Please refer to your hotel registration confirmation.
What about other travel reimbursements?
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for travel expenses and it will be up to each individual to contact their travel providers. In terms of air travel, many airlines are now offering flight waivers for specific travel dates and destinations.
