The Destinations International Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Task Force works to create and implement initiatives for members and industry to fully embrace diversity, inclusion and equity through benchmarking studies and research and tools. Their goals are completely aligned with The Philadelphia Diversity Inclusion Conference.  This roundtable session will engage in provocative, productive discussion on key projects in progress by the task force, including: research, establishing university partnerships, establishing key industry association partnerships, establishing CEO commitment, and workforce development.
